Drilled and installed rivnuts. Sounds like there is cargo system for Crew Cab Rangers that sits on the bed rails and uses the cleats but I've never seen it.

No worries, the tracks are for the Maverick and cleats are for the Mavericks and F150's. I needed a better spot to secure the cover for my rack than the stock spots. I'm looking at doing a Decked drawer now.
