I actually enjoy detailing my vehicles. It also makes it easier to clean up again after getting it dirty. Plus, it is nice to have shiny things! My 1987 is still rocking the original paint to this day. It's getting very thin, but still gleams.

I just dropped mine at the shop for a sandwich collision. Had it two hours, and a lady rear ended me and pushed me into the car in front as well. New front and rear bumpers, hitch, and tailgate at minimum. This is a Ford dealership shop, hoping they have parts at this point in the game shipping out.
