I knew I was doing something right! Both my kids, one boy and one girl, drive manuals exclusively.
When we were in Germany a few years back, while we walked down the street. I would check out the cars parked. They were almost exclusively manuals. Another couple on the tour came over early and...
Nope, the front turn "bulbs" are basic incandesents "halogens". They even used dual filement bulbs, but only wired the turn contacts in the socket.
Your preference as to brand and they are not hard to change. Yes, 7443 is the correct bulb number. And, it is the same for all 5G Rangers.
All the best, Phil. It is truly amazing the things they are doing these days. My cardiologist is watching my aortic valve for stenosis. With the TAVR procedure replacing it is now outpatient surgery.
Oh fun! Been there. Kind of crazy as the eye appears to refill from the top down. Weird when it is halfway and you tilt your head. Did you have a detachment to need it? Hope all is well.
Was the sun on the rear window. Or was the sun only on one part of it, some times high temperature variations across the glass can cause this. The variations in expansion will sress the glass and slight imperfections will cause it to crack
Interesting numbers! Another column to add would be PAYBACK TERM in years. What are the numbers behind these calculation?
Current annual average MPG ?
Annual miles driven ?
Annual average price per gallon ?
Need these numbers to see how it applies to individual situations. Everyone will be...
OK, nobody was calling anyone out. And yes I did make an assumption. And I do know what assuming means.
Next time when you post explain what you are intending with your post, so people don't need to make assumptions.
I do find the name calling, as vague as it was, upsetting and uncalled for...
No! I do not only show up in MPG threads. As anyone who has been on this forum for a while can attest. I just do not post much in the threads on performance and off-road threads as that is not of interest to me.
This was NOT an MPG thread, it was an blow-off valve thread until the OP turned it...
Really? You expect us to believe that comparing a 226 mile before average and a 8.9 mile and a 26.7 mile after averages shows a REAL improvement in mpg. Those aren't averages those are snap shots at best.
The OP is from Canada, their DRLs work differently from ours in the US. They are required have the DRLs on anytime the truck is running, irregardless of switch position. And their DRLs include parking lights.
That doesn't really surprise me. It appears the high beams are not Projectors but LED reflectors through a lens. I would not expect them to be any better than your OEM high beams with drop in LEDs.
That's why I like my OLM lights, like the Morimoto's, they are three Bi-LED Projectors on both...
That's what I use, never had an issue. The factory one was tight like most people have said. Been doing this for a while, always clean the mating surface throughly and oil the seal well. Tighten hand tight, never ever use a wrench to tighten the filter.
The OP hasn't been back since yesterday...
I agree on the Total vote. Really hard to say with only one picture. Looks like a full front clip and maybe front frame damage. Time to jack up the radiator cap and drive a new truck under it.
What did you hit by the way. Looks like maybe the back of a semi. The way the grille and headlights...
