there is no added "coolers" in the factory tow package. It only comes with • 4-pin/7-pin Wiring Harness • Class IV Trailer Hitch Receiver all of which you seem to have added. Just take it to another dealer or place that actually adds aftermarket towing to get you wired up.

I do not know what a certificate of origin is but on my window sticker it had a item# ITEM #: 52-A40D O/T 1 the part in bold was my order # however don't see why the dealer can't just give you the order number

It is a lot smaller then the factory antenna. I didn't mind the look but I believed if I kept the air pressure at the 48# that the dealer left it at I would have hit the antenna on the frame of the garage.
