Yes some do others don't, my '19 has the slightest click sound when shutting off the HVAC, but the hot cold blending is working so it's something I'm monitoring. At this point i only have 17,000 miles so that's not a lot of use for a '19.

So at what miles did you first notice the noise of the warped blend door? Thinking about increasing the time/miles of my ext warranty so i'm covered just in case. TIA.

My hope or wish coming out of the class action would be to pressure Ford to either fix or replace them and make that the answer for a customer so the dealer can’t refuse . The $25 or $100 is pretty worthless if Ford can skate fixing them.
