Do you have the holes in the bed that are used to install the bed extender?(shown below).
Based on the bottom picture you sent it looks like that bracket secures into those vs the tie down point.
Aligning it once taking it off is super easy. I just marked with white pen where the brackets with the knobs go and just stick it back on and line those up. The install instructions say to fold the cover back etc after you check that it latches, but I always found its way easier to just line it...
I wonder if I could convince my new dealer that my auto start/stop was a previous dealer installed option and I could get it removed... Unlikely on a 2021 though.
Yeah it is a flush mount. At the front they provide a good piece of weather stripping that fills the gap. Word of note that they don't do a very good job of advertising is that it doesn't work with the drop in bedliner because the drop in bed liner goes over that lip at the front. A spray in...
Have one on my tremor. Haven't had any issues with it so far. They say it's a tri fold, but really operates like a bifold. 2 panels fold up, but if you want access to the top third of the bed you have to take it off. Thats pretty easy though, as it's just tied down to the rails using 4 hand...
How does it apply to the curved lens, fairly decent? My worry going with something like that is that I won't be able to get it close to the edges so the white will bleed through.
Mine are 37 cold ATM but that's very cold being 4 degrees currently. When it warms up I might need to adjust. When it's real snowy I'll let some out down to about 32. Noticed it gets louder and a bit squishier of a ride at that PSI. Been off-road at about 22 psi bombing around before and never...
After exploring my options, xlt's with the halogens should be a straight swap. You don't have to take anything off to get to them, but that doesn't mean they are easy access. I found the best way to get to them was by feel. Turn the tires for whatever side you are working on, line yourself up...
I'd like it better if it was functional, but that doesn't mean it looks bad. Agree on the color matching as others have said. Cept on maybe a truck with all black trim bits like an f150 raptor.
