I have pretty much decided that if you tune and then run the piss out of these Rangers when they are young you will have a very stable, pretty good shifting truck in the long haul.....
At 94.5K mine runs so good I don't know how to act.....
I don't push her like I used too.....but I still hit...

You could also make a Christmas Card picture from your can.....that way the whole fam can check it out.....

I can just imagine rolling down a tight forest service road in the mountains and listening to the screeeech of twig branches as they scratch the paint on that thing.....lol. It's really hard to keep that from happening somewhat......

Don't freak out just yet.....I would check to make sure you have installed the can correctly but you may be just seeing normal ops on the can. Since you are in Texas and in warm weather you will catch a very golden fuel/oil mixture in the can...

Do you think installing adjustable struts, coil-overs or leveling kits and basically changing the rake on the truck would help us with the U-Joint angles? I'm not sure if the angles stay the same when you level out our Rangers. Any thoughts on this sir?

Your ECU programming really can't take advantage of any extra air flow. With a CAI and exhaust you could figure that your Ranger is breathing 2x as good as a stock setup but the computer only allows for so much air flow. If you were custom tuned you could probably take advantage of more air...

She has shown zero signs of failure but I will be shocked if I make it through the rest of the winter here in CO and the heat of another summer before a new one...
Ouch! I just looked at my gasbuddy app for the Denver metro.....lowest is 91 octane (highest we get) for $2.89/gal in Thorton CO (just north of Denver)
