When you drive in (S) it turns off Tow anyway, keeping your RPMs a little higher I almost never ever drive in (D) towing or not... I do wait till it warms up a little like the end of the driveway before shifting to (S)

Try cleaning the screen? maybe if there are oils or something on it that its sensing that as a touch?

I bet the battery is failing, strange things start happening ....

the fuse probably aint good enough, I blew mine within the first month, do it the right way and run a wire right to the battery for communications equipment, put your own inverter in too... 73s W4RFD
