Thanks. I don't like her car at all. It's a Hyundai Sonata and I don't like the way it drives. The seats suck too. But it has served me and my dog well over the last week so I can't really complain.
I'm getting my Ranger back when this is over even if I have to sneak over there in the middle...
Thanks. It's been rather stressful for us both but things are slowly looking up. So I've got my fingers crossed for an uneventful few days and his recovery getting back on track.
Had to let my mom have my Ranger for a few days so I can drive her sedan. My dog had to have surgery last week to remove a tumor. Unfortunately he has had a few complications this week and I've had to go to the vet a few times. He can't get in my truck with the cone on his head he has to wear...
Yeah I had the same kind of problem picking my streaming service, finding the one that had more of the channels I like as opposed to others. I had to give up a few I sort of like to take the service that had most of the ones I like.
Glad I could be of help. I just noticed my overuse of the word "anyway" in my earlier post, haha. I was in a bit of a hurry when I typed it because I found the answer just as I needed to leave the house. :)
I did a little Google investigation based on what has been posted here. It took some messing around with different keywords to find something the same. Things like "Ford Ranger makes laser sound" and "Ford Ranger goes pew pew pew" didn't come up with anything helpful. :p
Anyway, I found...
I think you can look up what local channels in your area are available via sling on their website without signing up. Did you try this link?

The link above should be found about half way down this page:

My brother is all living the high life I guess. He wanted to drive my Ranger when he was here for a visit. He gets in, starts looking around and then asked me where the start button was. I said its in your hand and pointed at they key.
I'm just a use the key for the ignition scrub. haha
It works. I've had a led night light plugged in to 110v outlet in the back for almost 2 months now. Works like a charm. You just have to make sure not to get one with a light sensor. This is what I use and was recommended by others here.

Yep mine finally went away also. I didn't call the dealer or Ford about it. So they must of finally gotten around to updating it in the app after sending out the letter with the update.
On mine I don't have to hold it for 5 seconds. I just press it and the display shows it is being turned on or off. It has like a count down thing on the display but I don't have to hold it.
Understandable, but that doesn't explain why they park in the spot right next to me when there are several spots open on each side of my truck. :)
From reading over this thread I think what I have noticed is a mix. People parking near to compare, maybe some flex, and maybe just trucks...
If you are concerned about height for your garage... My 2019 FX4 fits no problem. And that was when I had the factory antenna. My garage door height is 81 inches from the lowest part of the the door when opened to the floor. So any unmodified Ranger you buy should fit as long as you have at...
So I have this weird observation. As I've mentioned I'm a first time truck owner. Having a new shiny Ranger I park in the back of parking lots well away from other cars. Plus I don't mind getting a little extra walking in. Over the last few months I have noticed something interesting...
Here are the part numbers from a post in this thread.
