My kit is similar but I have 2 different lengths of shovels, cribbing, bottle jack, trolley jack, and at least 100' of multipurpose rope.

It's listed as a Gen 4 (19-23) so I think it's a typo but it's angled on the back side and has no vents back their either. I'd think that would provide adequate #4 protection, no?
The 256gb hard drive is likely an SSD, you'll be fine with 4gb of RAM, Windows uses swap space anyway. The slowest part of any computer is disk access.
