Yeah, I had it on wife's highlander and a jeep for $5/mo each. Just got tired of calling everytime it jumped to $15/mo to argue it back down. Bad business model.
Yeah, xm was convenient but I just stream pandira or YouTube music for free when I can't get local radio.
ATT being the provider for the wifi was a other turnoff fir me. I just can't justify the wifi cost with never have needed it in first three months.
So my 2021 lariat came with 3 months free wifi and Sirius xm. They both just expired. I don't miss the xm and have no clue what the wifi did.
Do any of you use it? How?
So far, I've only towed my boat and a utility trailer, but will be towing a disaster relief trailer full of chainsaws and such, as well as a cargo trailer with supplies.
Embarrassing but, I was home 3 days with my 2021 lariat before I noticed the rear fender decal said 4x4 and not FX4. I had looked at several on the lots and online. Assumed this 4x4 was fx4. Duh! Don't know that it matters much.
Well, I consolidated. Sold Z71 4x4 used for hunting and hauling firewood. A tundra limited doublecab 2x4 used for towing the boat and disaster relief trailers, and a jeep liberty limited 4x4 that we towed behind the motor. I can do all with one ranger now. Just not as big trailers.
Thank you. I have considered the redarc. I had invisibrake before and really liked it but didn't know about the cruise issue. More research is due now. Thanks again.
Wanted a truck to tow behind class c v10. Don't like gm. Tacoma isn't flat-towable. Ram doesn't make a smaller truck. Jeep renegade is ugly and $$$$$. So I got a ranger lariat 4x4.
About to get the Invisibrake installed. Wondering where others are sewing there control units being placed?
