Absolutely! There was a new one for the same price on a dealer lot a few hours away, but it had none of these items and also didn't have the Trailer Tow package, which I also would have had to add.
Paid $32k for mine, it was 6 mos old, 7,200 mi on it. But it had added on: tinted windows, step bars, splash guards, spray in bed liner and a tonneau cover.
I'm going to remove the mousetrap thing too next time, that way I can get to it from below. My last filter was stuck and I accessed it from the top, but that's not easy or convenient.

Great post! I love my 2023 SC, it has been great. I do NOT miss my previous vehicle, 2016 Ram 1500, in 95k mi, I had to replace the fuel pump, water pump, exhaust manifold bolts and finally the manifold bolts broke again and it started with the knocking at idle which is the cam roller bearings...
I think all the trailers that have double axles do. I have rented a car dolly (no brakes), car hauler like pictured (had brakes), 5x8 (no brakes), 8x10 (brakes) and a utility trailer with two axles that also had brakes. This is over the last decade btw.
