Thanks....I found it odd just now that when I put in my VIN, the ford site tells me I'm all up to date with SYNC3 3.3.xxxxx (which I am not) as if the 3.4 d/l never happened. 1st world problems I guess.

I'm downloading the Maps update now (filename is Sync32.zip, which is a little concerning), but I'm half afraid to stir anything up since the 3.4 went poorly for my truck. I'm getting ready to put 2000+ miles on the truck for a trip and I don't want anything else to screw up before Sunday like...

Thanks. I did try using their dealer listing. All the ones I looked at either didn't have any kind of online order presence or they were completely centered around lightbars and such and no way to source the fascia, which I understand that it's a very niche item.

Can the fascia itself be ordered from a dealer in the US? I don't mind ordering it from AUS, but it shows out of stock there.

Already knew it when I bought it from Ford. DeeZee wasn't selling them to the public, maybe due to a temporary exclusivity deal with Ford (?) and I got tired of waiting for them to release them. So yeah, paid more, got use out of it instead of just waiting...meh.

You're looking in the wrong spot. See above msgs, but it's xxxx xx8x xxxx. Mine has the 8 in the unlucky spot, so it will and did kill my climate controls.

Curious: 1) If I saved my info into ProCal in preperation for the Performance upgrade -> prior to updating to this latest 3.4, can I restore from ProCal or is this module not saved as part of that process? or 2) If I saved my 'as built' information prior to this 3.4 update can I restore from...

How can we even discuss this when I haven't been able to identify anyone at Ford who will even acknowledge that there IS a problem? I think Ford has a communication problem.
