2015 Focus ST3- recaro's, the whole 9 yards... traded it in for the ranger june 2020 after 78k care-free miles. Loved it. Beat the tar out of it on the last drive to the dealer to give her a well-deserved send-off.
Needed towing capability and gear space for all my outdoor activities - skiing...
1- IMHO no based on your described use for the vehicle. you can option in the locker and contrary to other posts on here I didn't notice a difference after driving an FX4 SC back to back with a XLT 4x4 SC. I also bought my truck knowing I was going to be ripping off the suspension. I would...
my logic was always: why pay for an upgraded suspension from the factory if you're just gonna tear it off? LOL
I did similar mods to my 4x4 sport as well.
the lakes i'm fishing in Jersey are like that- rutted dirt roads. Make sure the U-bolts are tight and give it hell LOL
They just paved all 3 launches in the wildlife area we fish- the actual ramps in the lake (submerged) remain mucky bs though.
Definitely seems like the yakima overhaul or...
here's my preferred transport method above
in regard to what you're looking for, it seems like you'd want it above the cab like in @RANGER PRIDE's post. That being said since I think your truck is right same configuration as mine:
1- before we had the trailer down from our house in...
dont think anythins is confirmed as of yet. Ford will sell anything they can make money on- the Bronco and F150 have a million trim levels. I wouldn't be surprised if the tremor stuck around.
So I finally got this to the dealer for them to look at. It's been doing it since I originally posted this. After 18 to 20 minutes of driving I get a TPMS warning light on the dash. When I let the car sit overnight it reads my tire pressure perfectly, and then on short trips there's no issues at...
I have alpharex LUXX series projectors, they're fully SAE/DOT legal which is why I went with them.
I adjusted them as instructed in their detailed installation paperwork and the issue is probably more related to the 4-5" of ride height (thus headlight height) gain from stock than the headlights...
I did have to get creative to get them past the front bumper and by creative I mean i needed to cut them to get them out LOL. If you loosen your bumper the fronts come out without cutting just depends what your wanna do.
IIRC the rears were much easier. Stage3 may have a video on them on their...

you mean you dont like your winters 40 degrees and rainy for 5 months straight?
Edit: outside of the 6 weeks in Jan-Feb where it actually gets cold then doesn't snow it just stays miserable then it rains again?
for all the MPG guys
1- what is the load rating on your new tires? E-rates kill mpg
2- fuel quality. if you're not running premium the engine doesn't return as great of fuel with a lift/tires
3- lift height/offset. higher and wider = more drag
I run 93 here (jersey, right at sealevel) and avg...

Fox 2.0's on all 4 corners with Icon tubular UCA's - there are some pictures of trucks with 2" levels/lifts and the stock UCA's look closer to being maxed out than not, but plenty of guys runs the stock UCA on here with no problems. From what I recall reading (and what has been reiterated in...
