before doing the master reset, turn off the mode that tells the truck to communicate with the internet via wifi etc, then do the master reset and do not ever again get updates or communicate with the internet, EVER!! I've had the same issues with my 2019 and had to do all of the above. Needless...

these batteries only have a life between 3-5 years depending on what part of the world you live in. mines 3.5 years with 42,000. fingers crossed. Are the sealed gel batteries any better?
