I hear these same noises too when parking sometimes. Sounds like water flowing through a pipe? I haven't noticed anything wrong so I thought it was normal. I had the dealer replace my coolant a few months ago and all seems fine. Just replaced because I felt it was time.
Is there an electric...
Around that mileage I did a transmission fluid and filter change, rear diff fluid and transfer case fluid. I generally take the service interval Ford recommends and cut it in half.
I also flushed brake fluid and coolant, but those can probably wait. I changed due to years.
Just got another analysis back. Pennzoil Platinum, Wix filter. Trace amounts of fuel, I assume less than last time? Not really clear.
I am a TINY bit concerned about the silver, tin and copper in my oil? Even though very small amounts and near average, aren't those bearing materials?
I noticed this on mine recently too. There's a thread somewhere in where a lot of people sauid the same thing, it may just be normal. Apparently the foot vent is way up in the dash.

I want to say yes. A tech told me if oil goes through it or around it, it's covered. That's why they wouldn't cover my rusty spark plug/ engine cover under warranty
I have the same sound, as do many others. I'm not entirely sure it means something is wrong. I'm not seeing a corresponding amount of people complaining their rear diff or drive train exploding. I notice no vibrations or anything. As much as it sucks, it may be normal.
I know there is a TSB...
Did Ford offer to cover any cost like with OP?
Just for data purposes, any mods/ really large tires? Was there any service done to it prior to it failing?
Is this confirmed pretty much normal? A few months ago I did hear some clicking. But didn't notice any issues (not blend door, Temps still feel fine). But now I did notice the very weak foot well air flow.
