What a week, we had an international truck day (or something like that) and seems like mud season will be upon us before end of Saturday. Time for some tunes, beverage, and the wood stove lighting the place up.
Hope all of you had a good week. We made it, and we're alive to see tomorrow...
Just making sure the roll pin was the only piece holding it on. Worth a triple check at this point. I've had some success of beating on/off, like a stuck brake drum. Also, try turning the wheel forward/backwards, again, like a stuck brake drum. If you can rig up something like an oil filter...
I thought they outlawed Absinthe due to hallucinations? And the GM coolant leak pellets were round and about the size of the radiator throat. 6 to a package, toss em all in,
Maybe that's why I got the urge to change the oil.
So what's in the picture? Reminds me of antifreeze and some pellets Cadillac used to put in the HT4100 engine radiators to stop coolant leaks back in the 80's. Didn't have the aluminum to steel mating surfaces down pat yet. Blew my back out...
Thanks, but while we have family in Tennessee, we will be moving to SC. We've spent enough time there vacationing to know we like it, just have to narrow down what part. Looking for an area where people leave people to themselves, peaceful, with a community mindset. No worries, we are moving...
I really like the Bronco Heritage Edition, as it resembles my old 73 Bronco. Except the color I saw was baby blue. What marketing genius came up with the colors available?
They sell Shelby, GT, etc etc etc decals everywhere that anyone can slap on any car. It doesn't make it so, but person buying wants the look. Can't fault them for that. Although it does give me a chuckle.
Not much difference in theory than what most stores sell. You'd be hard pressed to not see Made in China in stores. That is a hefty price for a China product though.
Never though about parking. I don't park outside much for very long, but I swear by sunshade on windshield. I may have to rethink that with move to SC or similar location.
Nice looking truck. Tractor forum I'm on tells me my 19 Lariat isn't a real truck, for a variety of reasons. Some also say I'm a mall crawler because it's my daily driver (retired) and I'm not using it for real trucky things all the time. Like you, I don't use it at it's max capabilities, but...
Just asking a question, as I've never been in the rain guard camp. Aside from removing smoke (I'm not a smoker) what does rain guards provide that our climate control system can't? I love the fresh air where I am, but dusty dirt roads, sandy/salted roads all kick up dirt. Climate control gives...
On the surface, I'd say she earned her spot. Digging deeper, without any knowledge on my end, I'm sure many athletes had suffered injuries, although that was an impressive list of injuries. Considering the amount of money to be earned by some (always follow the money) it is a valid point that...
To each their own. I love the 4 seasons we get in New England. Age is changing that. Major health issues made me reflect on what I like, what I can do, what the future holds (through my crystal ball) and where does that put me? If I have a full blown stroke, after already having a TIA, how will...
