I've also seen a drop in mileage, though I contribute it to my use of auto start during the -20F days. This engine loves to suck fuel at idle and when it is auto-started it is running at a higher rpm as well. Once I'm in and hit the button the rpm comes down.
Suggestions I can offer is tilting your license plate to reduce reflection or apply a flat clear coat to reduce the reflection. Modifying the license plate lights with some JB weld to reduce upward glare is also an option.

My dealership did not have any of the kits available for the warranty repair. Said if I brought mine in next time for service they had to do an inspection first before even getting anything in.
Wish I could answer with certainty but I've noticed that the start stop is pretty selective when it operates for me as well. During short trips, up to a mile, it might activate on one or two of the five stops. Warm engine or not.
I think there is a time delay between the start stop function...
Thank you, we try to do different set ups every year, next year I've had requests that I do my tunnel again and put on my "Peter Rotten Tail" costume. All I can say is, you get what you asked for! We only have two simple rules, you must make it to the Butcher shop, and you must say the words...
IMHO, Using the running boards when getting into the ranger I seem to hit the headlight switch when getting in. This causes all sorts of hate and discontent when I shut off the vehicle, some times with out putting it in park (I've driven manual for most my life), and then I get to play "what did...

Normally I can go around the water box and with my off road tires I've not had much in the way of slipping even with traction control off in 2wd. I would be concerned with power loss trying to run all four tires but to be honest I've not tried 4-high at the track. I'm also not doing it seriously...
Hahah! I heard the south east NA is getting cold temps of 87 degrees this weekend! The wife and my furry co-pilot are going to go play in the snow at the cabin this weekend.
Babb MT received 55", we received a little over a foot, and twenty miles south by the cabin in the "actual" mountains...
LOL! Some of us mainlanders don't get a chance at the events but the scenery is nice!
BTW During my time in service I lived up in Aiea Heights, loved the loop trail up there!
That blog provided a good bit of reading for this slow work day...lol!

I've got a love hate relationship with Android auto. I'm still trying to find the option for it not to automatically connect when I plug in the phone using the USB power outlets in the vehicle. When it does the only thing I really have to complain about is that my Sirius music goes from...
Small update, overall MPG is showing increases which is nice. New cover has been installed so I get to see how long this will last. Last time at the track I seem to have figured out a rough ET of 10 sec up to 10.5, of course the driver still needs seat time my tree reaction is abysmal..lol...
