A few things were lost in translation, like the bed is 50 meters wide - um, that would be around 150 feet! Given that, I don't think the bed floor has to be removed. But it is not a slide-in either, so yes, the truck would be dedicated as a camper.
I don't see the usefulness of a camper...
That is what I did many years ago, moved from north central US to southwest, much better now. In your case, maybe Spain or Italy.
As for supercabs, its not really any better. The fans in these trucks are just weak. I run mine at 4 or higher if I want to feel any airflow.
My ARE color-matched topper with a drop-down front window and roof rails and crossbars came in at $3000 in 2020. I think the rails and crossbars were about $500 so $2500 for the canopy without them. They are likely higher now.

The problem in Tucson area is that ALL the Ford dealers are under the same ownership. No way to shop around unless I want to go 50+ miles to another city. I suspect that is the case for a lot of medium sized cities.
I've always wondered how they could call it Quik Lane, with having to schedule a simple oil change 1-2 months out, and then take 4+ hours to do it. I don't think I even want to know how long a repair would take.
I thought the Chevy dealer on the north side was bad, but our local Ford dealer...
Good find!
I used a ton of Panduit products when I was working. They make good stuff.
Back in the 70s, before political correctness was a thing, Panduit's zip ties were called Pan-Ties. They were the first zip ties I ever used, but not the last by far.
