  1. Blue. I added a toolbox and running boards so far

When it gets back from the dealer, I’ll be adding black letters to the tailgate and the bushwhacker rocker panel things. Love the truck!
  2. Transmission issues - now at dealer

I would have been happy with a 6-speed manual to be 100% honest. I know the Taco has that but I like the Ranger much more.
  3. Transmission issues - now at dealer

It is. The loaner is an XLT 4x4 with the tech, FX4 and 301A pkg. My 4x2 felt quicker and snappier. I really miss the 302A pkg I had. That’s power seats and remote start. I’ll be very glad when I get my truck back :)
  4. Transmission issues - now at dealer

    2020 and only 2100 miles.
  5. Transmission issues - now at dealer

So have had a couple of errors beyond the wrench icon/general powetrain warning: 1) The clutches message (attached). 2) Solenoids message (attached) anyone else seen this? Do y’all know the cause and/or the outcome? Also it has failed to go into gear at a stop and acting like it is in...
  6. P0751 PCM error popped up

Looks like this happened to me yesterday. Gotta call them today but was towing at the time about 90 miles from home. Managed to get it here but it was very stressful whenever I had to stop as I was afraid that I’d be stuck with 4500lb attached. I’ll post and let y’all know but a truck with a...
  7. FORScan Modifications

I will have to check this out. The build date for mine is 9/16/2020 so maybe I’ll get NA signs.
  8. Ford licensed TBC Install Instructions

Let me wish those luck that install this. Had to do it (took about 6 hours end to end as I’m kinda slow - no not that kind.) and then the next day drive 4.5 hours to pick up a camper. No testing done which I didn’t like. Knew it was getting power but didn’t know much else. Thankfully, it worked!
  9. Audio System "Enhanced" Engine Sound and your Subwoofer

Those Dynaudio Esotec drivers...wow, haven't heard that model line in a while (I researched drivers in the 1990s when I built a set of bookshelf monitors for a friend). Those are very very very nice and not cheap. I am curious how that build went as I've been hesitant to consider that level of...
  10. 5th Wheel Bed Rails / Gooseneck solution

Generally this is the case, but in looking at the Australian Ford site, the towing capacity is listed at 3500kg for all engines (with tow package I believe). That’s a little over 7700lbs. In my mind, 3500kg and 7500lb are basically the same.
  11. Cross bed Tool boxes?

Do you have a link or picture of the bolts/aluminum blocks so that I know what to order? What kind of waterproof tape as well? Just trying not to reinvent the wheel since you clearly have this down pat. Thank you!
  12. Engine cover

I saw a couple of posts saying it was incredibly slow. I’m guessing that was an exaggeration? I was going to get one until I saw it listed in the “things I regretted doing to the truck“ thread.
  13. Small RV Recommendation

SPECIFICATIONS Hitch Weight: 444 lb. GVWR: 5630 lb. UVW 4134 lb. CCC 1496 lb. Exterior Length: 25' 9" Exterior Height: 10' 1" Exterior Width: 96"
  14. Small RV Recommendation

TYVM! Yep that is a Husky Centerline!
  15. Small RV Recommendation

We’re towing a new 2021 Palomino Solaire 185X. No issues. Can’t say I want something larger but this is a “just right” size. The funny part was that I installed the Ford brake controller two days before driving five hours to get the trailer. Untested. Thankfully, I had enough attention to...
  16. Engine cover

I’ve heard some mixed feelings on the tailgate damper. I ended up buying the engine cover on my XLT as I liked the look and don’t regret it.
  17. What was your first Ford daily driver?

This isn’t my exact car but this was identical to my first Ford. It was a 1993 Ford Escort LX 5-speed. It looked way cooler then. I definitely enjoy my new Ranger a lot more lol my first car was in 1990 and it was a Hyundai Excel GLS 4 door hatchback with a 5-speed. I abused that so so much...
