aww hell, ill throw mine out there
Princeton!
silver XL supercrew.
@jeffe & @Jimiv123 maybe ill see yall around!
Don't Tread and Come and Take It decals on the back window and Infidel flags on the front fenders. Honk if you see me!
kia souls take the bacon on factory stormtrooper look!
i think ill have to go with red accents on my silver truck to see if i can illicit some x-wing vibes...
yup.
im trying to get more info about the kit now but since its still in R&D its a little tough. an axle swap kit would be ideal since i could do it in an afternoon in my driveway as opposed to finding someone who could weld it for me...
i get what youre saying but this ranger was built as a drift truck. its bed is completely gone and its powered by a LS. its almost not a ranger any more.
i would put lots of money that this one doesnt have any tire contact at full lock. its max steering angle is most likely greatly enhanced...
page 10 of this thread has more info and boostking's original post.
i believe Control Freak did the suspension. its a full kit that removes the sway bars and adds a 3 link coilover kit in the back with coils and control arms up front.
these gains seem to be with the CAI and tune only. looks like there may be more to eek out with the use of a better downpipe, chargepipes, and exhaust, each of which can help with power, torque, and throttle response.
any idea if it is an axle flip kit or something different?
do we know if this will work for the super crew as well?
i love the look! ALMOST makes me wish i was in CA. but not really... lol
yup. thats turbo -> intercooler and intercooler -> manifold
would still be an upgrade though... just not the one were looking for here.
on the plus side, AFE makes some quality stuff.
i feel that this is a very niche market. BUT i really think i kindof like it. maybe it would look cool on a sport truck thats been lowered.
it does open and looks like it locks.
