i understand heat soaking and keeping heat away from the intake. its why i will be wrapping the downpipe and intake. where did you get that number? is that for the RS intake? is the ranger intake made the same way? whats the stock psi of the ranger vs the RS?

well yeah... id like it to be more plug and play. or at least a weekend project so i dont have to figure out driving to work. lol

id love to replace the plastic intake manifold. hoping mountunes cast aluminum unit can fit... ill have to do some more research but this would put a lot of my troubles at ease. i cant stand plastic parts on motors...

awesome. thanks. i had a Volvo s60 with the 2.5l turbo 5-cyl. i never did a cat back system on it but i did do a resonator delete. the exhaust wasnt any louder but had a little more throatiness to it. you could also hear the turbo spool after. id love to have that same kind of sound on...

Maybe not power but quickness. Less of its own ass to move. I must have missed where they had all the modding done.

ditto on this. mine were at ~48psi from the dealership. recommended was 35. i run at 38 and the ride is a night and day difference from when i picked it up.

Yeah... thats nice. I really want to see numbers with a tune, charge pipes, exhaust, 93 octane and a light wheel tire setup.
