Just a tip if you get a hard cap. Had one on an F-150 I bought used. It was a great looking cap, kept the water out, but I couldn't get anything tall in the bed. With the cap hinged at the front, capacity is diminished greatly. I couldn't even get my push mower in there without removing the handle.
I own two 10 speeds. The wife's Mustang, and my Ranger. I've come to the realization that Ford's 10 speeds are just plain stupid, so I just live with 'em. As I understand it GM has their 10 speeds (developed along with Ford) programming on the spot, but I can't confirm that. If so, it looks like...
Oh yeah babe, I've got a Vette, and a Jeep. Of course you don't see many Vette's on a given day, but I would have carple tunnel if I waved at every Jeep I saw. :)
Trust me, it will be much better on your knees. I have the factory spray-in, and it's rough on my old knees when crawling around. Plus the ridges in the bed don't help one bit. I'm looking for a bed mat right now. :)
Maybe grab your hair dryer, and heat that thang up. Hopefully it will lay flat...
I haven't seen that one Dave, but sadly I'm not surprised. All these little problems are beginning to be quite worrisome. And I can't understand it, because these Broncos are built by the same people that built our Rangers. Very odd........
I've decided to take one more run at mine, so I dropped a couple constraints. If I don't hear any good news over the next several months, not just about mine, but the Bronco in general, I'm done. The more I see the '23 Ranger, the more I likey.
Say it ain't so Mike, say it ain't so..................One thing to remember. You do not have to leave the forum. You have a lot of experience to share with the newbie's that come along. Plus, we'll miss ya.
Just a suggestion Craig. When you order get a signed agreement on the price. The horror stories of folks ordering, thinking they would get one price, and when the vehicle arrived got a stupid high ADM tacked on the price would curl your hair. Dealers are struggling these days, and have done some...
Careful, I'm a very sensitive person. Quite shy, and hurt easily. I'm sure you've saw that over these last years. Now if you'll excuse me I'm off to my safe space. :crying: :bandit:
Welcome to the peanut gallery Glen. Congratulation on the new Ranger. They sure do look good in Silver. Enjoy the ride.
BTW, cool kids have a tailgate damper. Be a part of the club. :)
I have a damper on mine. It helps when I'm loaded, and can't let the gate down with one hand. I hate to let...
Not to worry Mack. These days the leather in vehicles isn't the leather of yesterday. It has a protective coating, and can be cleaned with a damp cloth. You really don't even need a leather treatment. Putting a UV protectant on it from time to time is a good idea though.
