I have both 5-Star and Oz. This was on the Oz tune, but he fixed it immediately. There was a fault within HP Tuners RTD that he had found and it applied to my truck, as well. Runs beastly now!

I just went with a cheap tailgate pad from Amazon. It works for me. Sturdy, and sits to one side of the tailgate so I have full use of my camera
