Thank you. No modification of the crash bar but I do have to run 1/4” spacers to clear the knuckle. Crash bar was fine. I also removed the plastic cover around the crash bar.
MBRP here, I like it. It’s not overly loud. Let’s be real, it’s a 4 cylinder truck. Let’s not highlight that. The MBRP is all you need and for the price, unbeatable imo.
Tips or tricks on getting the aFe intercooler pipes to fit properly? Specifically having the BOV clear the hood liner. I’m running the Turbosmart dual port BOV as well.
Hahahaha oh man I love this. Yes that is totally normal and desired. Larger tube equals more air traveling through. The BOV Blow Off Valve is what makes that noise when releasing pressure. You will notice it when you let off the gas.
This is a great question though. Turbo heads live for that...
