Changed over to the Factor 55 splicer instead of the hook that comes with the winch. Pretty easy splicing lines, although the taper didn't go exactly as planned the first time. Followed the following videos on how to do it:

Minor update to the build:
The lift height has settled closer to 3" in the front.
Moved the ACC to the center of the grill. It was working reasonable well, but on a turn it would take a car in another lane as being in front of me. Hopefully this works.
285/70R17 KO2s, so about 32.8"
Called Radflo, they say it shouldn't be that much higher than 3". The rear is higher than the expected 1.125 as well but I've heard icon starts out higher than expected.

Yeah there are a few things I need to look into:
My inability to measure well. I need to make sure I measured the right and left and compared the correct side. The driver's side has always been a little lower for some crazy reason.
I opted for a heavier rated spring to...
After many weeks waiting on parts, I finally got the truck lifted. 3" in the front 1" in the back, although the front is sitting a little high atm. I figure it'll settle a bit.
Finally got the lift done today! Took a while to get all the parts together, but I'm pleased with the results. Items installed:
Icon adjustable leaf pack, configured for 1.125" lift
Camburg upper control arms
Radflo 3" lift front coilovers
Radflo up to 2" lift rear shocks
Fronts:

Zero drilling required :) You have to move some wires out of the way (push clip) but other than that the bolts go above or below the frame or through existing holes. I was able to put them on by myself because I have an ATV jack that could support them, otherwise having a second set of hands...
I think it dropped a little. I measured before / after but I forgot to write down the after... I want to say somewhere between 1/2 and 1/4 inch. My tires already rubbed at full lock, and they rubbed a little more with the winch and mount (~90lbs). I could definitely tell the extra weight was...
Thanks for the heads up! I'll contact builtright tomorrow and sort it out. From their web site (emphasis mine):
"The Ranger panels can be used as a 4pc kit, of course, but the rear panels can also be used on their own, without the front panels. This allows users to setup their truck as...
I didn't take a lot of pictures of this change, but I added a rough country 9500 synthetic line winch, 589 Fabrication hidden winch plate, and ADD adaptive cruise control relocation.
For the ADD adaptive cruise control I used 3" stainless bolts with two 1" spacers (painted black) to lower the...
Just ordered the built right ones for my passenger side and drivers front (I have a swing case in the rear). Worth a shot given the cost savings over Putco.
589 Fab winch mount, RC 9500 winch, and ADD ACC relocation. Wasn’t sure I’d get it done today but to my surprise everything worked once it got together ?
Glad I'm not the only one. I have a phantom squeal initially it was around 35-45mpg after a few minutes on cold mornings fairly consistently. One day I moved the steering wheel back and forth rapidly while driving and it went away. Then it showed up but at a higher mph. It's inconsistent and...
This is the one I have (I also have the chase rack). I think you can use it without the chase rack as well. https://accessories.ford.com/cover-tonneau-12806.html#2020/Ranger
