I have a local shop (tire place actually) that has a great mechanic (female) that does pretty much anything ... The owner is a friend and has done my vehicles for like 25 years. I do the Harley Trike myself, just cause I don't trust anyone else. :)
I'm not at all against electric vehicles. Quiet, Clean, Excellent acceleration and torque, all positives. All I'm saying is I can't afford to have two vehicles. One I charge at home and one I drive on trips.
I thought the hybrids where a great idea, especially for my area of the world. From my...
Unless you're retired and like to see this great country. Then, it's three hours of driving, two-three hours of charging. But there is always this option.
I hope they "get it right", but until they upgrade gas stations to electric that works and figure out the chip supply chain issues ... kinda seems like a "pipe dream" or is that a "wire dream".
Should be noted, I've used the adjustment to set my miles per gallon.
Not sure what it's called. Hold left okay down, press ignition without foot on brake until the ET thing comes on. My vehicle program I wrote already did the calculations to facilitate correct "miles to empty".

Today I couldn't remember if I had locked the truck when we came home, so I pulled up Ford Pass to lock...
I agree ... the OWL look good on a white truck ... when new or maintained ... I just don't like spending the time to clean the white and black. I like to drive it ... no so much wash it ... LOL ... We have a drive in wash (touches automated) that adds Ceramic protectant to near the end ...
Yep ... in all the pics, the takeaway should be that the body did it's job and protected the people & pup area:blush:
I got sandwiched between two city trucks in my Avalon ... there was not even a piece of glass in the people area.
Thanks, the behemoth I have works fine but I think I will look for either a smaller laptop or maybe a Microsoft Surface.
I also need a windows based unit. to keep the Harley tune updated (kind of a similar thing to ForScan, except you actually can tune the air fuel ratios. I also use it to keep...
Somewhere in all the reading I did, I saw a link to inexpensive tablets that would run Forscan. I thought I bookmarked it, but, apparently my uber tech talents failed me again. Anyone remember seeing that the can guide this old fart to it?
