  1. $15.00 and hour?

That's a lie. I haven't seen a McDonald's offer less than $12/hr. in over 5 years now. Unless you're referring to the one McDonald's in a remote region of Madagascar.
  2. $15.00 and hour?

    Name me one, please.
  3. $15.00 and hour?

Well, not almost. About 15 states pay at least $12/hr. 6 or 7 already pay over $13/hr. Federal minimum wage probably should be raised. However, when it was instituted, it was meant for normal people to make at least that much. These days, the Federal minimum wage really just exists to...
  4. $15.00 and hour?

Tying minimum wage to productivity is a GROSS misrepresentation of what the minimum wage is meant for. Adjusted for inflation, based on 1968's minimum wage, it would be $13.16 today. Almost every state in the union pays at least that already. Many pay much more.
  5. Are You and “In” or “Out” Guy…?

She stays in the garage 99% of the time. And I park in a parking garage at the office. This Arizona sun and heat can be a real bitch, especially during the summer. No way I'm subjecting her to that all the time. Regardless... the HOA prohibits pick-up trucks from being parked outside in the...
  6. Oil change 3,000 or 5,000 miles?

Just my two cents... The days of "every 3,000 miles" have been over for a while now. Technology in engine manufacturing these days has improved to the point where it would be silly to change the oil any less than 5,000 miles. That's the interval I change mine at, and it probably doesn't even...
  7. Used car prices aren’t this good, right??

Get the damper. It solves all your problems and will probably save your marriage.
  8. Prices are Insane

I was curious, so I went into Chapman Ford off the 101 and Indian School to built out my ideal Ranger Lariat and they marked that thing up by more than $10k. They wanted more than $56k to build one. I laughed at them and left.
  9. One Year Graphene Review

Wait... where do you live? I'll bring all the beer you want if you'll do mine, too.
  10. "Pre-COVID" Ranger

I honestly don't know how much her insurance is, so I wouldn't know how to compare it, but I doubt it made much of a difference. But yeah, she has no sensors on the front of her '20. Which means, I'm assuming, that she has no collision warning like my '19 does. She still has the rear sensors...
  11. "Pre-COVID" Ranger

Got my '19 Ranger brand new in May 2020. Still only 14,100 miles on it. Difference is... I only stayed home from the office for the month of April 2020. Been back in the office ever since. Commute is only 11 miles each way to the office. Guess I haven't done much driving outside of my work...
  12. "Pre-COVID" Ranger

I have a girl friend who bought a '20 Ranger about 8 months after I bought my '19. She got the same trim level as me and everything. Different color. But she DOESN'T have the front parking sensors. She's complained to me a few times when riding in my truck and hearing mine as I park. I use...
  13. "Pre-COVID" Ranger

Same here. Got my '19 brand new the first week of May 2020 when they were still flush with cars but not customers. Got a good deal, a decent amount for my trade-in and 0%. Seems we bought at the perfect time. I'm actually very grateful I bought then judging from what's been happening in the...
  14. Local Ford Dealer adding $10K to all Sticker Prices!!!

Along with someone to apply it for you.
  15. Price of used 5g Rangers

That is an excellent looking truck!
  16. Recommended tires for a 2019 Ranger for mixed use?

I love my Falken Wildpeaks. Have about 11k on them now. Still looking great. They have a great off-road look but are only slightly noisier than the factory street tires. They take to shining up pretty well, too.
  17. Vland 2 LED Headlights

I put aftermarket LEDs in my XLT's reflector housing (along with new LEDs in the fog light housings) and they work great. Same exact beam pattern as the OEM halogens, but a nice brighter and whiter light. Makes visibility much improved. I love them. No one's complained about any excessive...
  18. High beams, low beams, fog light upgrade

My XLT doesn't have DRL's, so I don't have to worry about those. The dust covers can partially go back on, yes. Enough to stay there. But they're not completely secured. You can leave them off if you want to since the LED's that go in seal off the interior of the headlight from dust anyway...
