Also flirting with a rear locker, the ARB setup appears to be the only option at the moment, would love to see an E-Locker option. Competition brings out the best products and price.
Any updates on your ARB build, im going down the same path, and have the 589Fab mount on order, winch in hand and flirting with the ARB locker, did you get yours installed ?
Just had mine done at my local ford dealer $525, and thats hard to swallow given how small the bed is and its the same price for a superduty long bed.....
Did mine, looks way better and improves scrapping clearance for you offr roaders, only takes about 10 minutes with a small impact gun. If your truck is a daily driver for MPG i would leave it on.
My dealer activate my ford pass with me and my cell phone while I was waiting to sign papers, they should have done the activation when you bought the truck.
Having played this game over the years, I really think its a combination of inventory, dealer ownership structure, sales theory and manufacture incentives, I hunt and peck until I find a dealer that wants to move new vehicles for the bulk sales and not bleed each sale to the last penny, this go...

Thats what I was referring to, dealers have been saying its a chore, and the brake controller looks like an after thought that will be addressed in future years I hope. But hey if you can buy an aftermarket one that takes 20 minutes to bolt up, thats the ticket.
Like new Bridgestone Dueler ATs only 600 miles on tires, wheels also include TPMS sensors, never been dismounted. Bolt pattern is PCD 6x139.7 (6x5.5). Came off 2019 Ford Ranger. Located in Elko,NV $400
In my opinion thats a good deal overall, thats about the same amount I got off my MSRP, if your flirting with 10k off the sticker I think your doin alright.
Funny thing, everyone has a different perspective, expectation and need. If I could have gotten an XL for the price I got my XLT for I would have in a heart beat, the less automated BS the better for a dedicated huntin/trail truck, but the November/December incentives made XLs more expensive...
