  4. PSA For you folks that are removing / modifying the crash bars to install bigger tires.....

The only reason it destroyed my sawzall blades was the accessibility of the crash bars. Once removed I put it on a vice and it cut it smooth, also with a cut off wheel it cut super fast until up to the point I had to use a sawzall and had to be careful not to cut into anything else. It was very...
  5. Raptor Grill Craftsmanship

What is the hood protector you’re using? Did the lights come with the protector?
  6. PSA For you folks that are removing / modifying the crash bars to install bigger tires.....

Just put a set of Fabtech bars on there and you’ll be fine lol, In all seriousness they are sturdy and beefy. Felt great after torquing them down.
  7. Mishimoto R&D: 2019+ Ranger Catch Can Kit

I can’t wait to install mine.
  8. PSA For you folks that are removing / modifying the crash bars to install bigger tires.....

Crash bars stock are bolted on there and when you do remove them they don’t feel like the sturdiest “crash bar” , the aftermarket ones feel beefy and sturdy, as long as it pinches the tire I’m good with that, As long as there is some sort of protection I’m good with that. Better than nothing...
  9. KO2 AIR PRESSURE THREAD

What is everyone running their KO2 air pressure range? I run mine at 39 front and rear, tire place recommended 50, I took that with a salt of grain. Also ran with the 50s for a while but I’m settling for 39-40 for the best ride unloaded on the streets and we know to pressure down on sand, in a...
  10. Shock Boots for Fox Shocks?

That’s what I have in post 4, roost kits
  11. Fox 2.0 Coilover / 33 tires

I’ll get a pic with a straightedge so you can see just how much they stick out, not much at all imo.
  12. Fox 2.0 Coilover / 33 tires

Thanks @FULLSCALE , they’re size 17x8.5” with a bolt pattern of 6x139.7 mm and 5.75" backspace, the offset is 25mm and hub bore is 108.1mm. Even with the crash bars deleted they’re probably a half inch to inch away from the liner at full turn.
  13. Outer CV Joint Overextended. Advise???

How did you manage to get it back in? Remember if you go bigger tires than the crash bar needs to get cut and that too is a PITA, just more manual labor
  14. Fox 2.0 Coilover / 33 tires

Just got done installing Fox 2.0 Kit, Front coilover and rear shocks. I am happy how it came out, It took me about 16 hours 2 days in total to complete, also had a lift to work from. Popped out the cv joint three times. Will be ordering new cv joint and axle nut and all the nylocks just to have...
  15. Outer CV Joint Overextended. Advise???

Driver side went in perfect but the Passenger side cv joint extended about 2 times before finally getting it back in. I was really close to pulling the boot off. What I did was pull the shaft out, after a few calculated whacks with a mallet It slips out easily and than slammed it vertically...
  16. installing Tailgate light bar

Mine still works with the sensors and no warnings, I do find the OEM backup lines very accurate, I enjoy them backing into my garage and tight spaces, off course pending bigger wheels with more offset I’d have to look out for the sides a little more. My Lightbar still works great as advertised...
  17. Rear tail light assembly or cover?

I would try the warranty route first, or just buy one rear assembly. I’m sure if you talk to Ford you might be able to get one with a discount, they’re super easy to take out.
  18. installing Tailgate light bar

Never thought about it but I don’t see why it wouldn’t if it had the same colors, If I had it I would make it work, I kind of like mine without the running light, it’s there when you brake but other than that it isn’t an eyesore with the running light constant.
  19. Rear tail light assembly or cover?

    Do you have a pic?
