We have the same ladder lol, I’ve been using mine since 2015.
I have duals so getting this would interfere with it, need something towards centerline or a little left or right of it.

I want to say I paid maybe 1000-1100 for fox shox front and back. I installed it myself, maybe if I had to redo them about 3-4 hours total. That’s just one person with random help here and there. Not sure what the going price for installation is.
No I don’t, I found the rear in the parts diagram. I’m sure the front was somewhere there if you wanted to try and post back.
Nope, that is the rear 100%. Not sure about the F150’s.
Source: I’m looking the original and the one off my truck.
If I had to do it all over again I would have an axel nut on standby. I was able to reuse mine. Removing the axle nut and pushing the spindle out slightly worked on one side for me, on the other side it over extended, had to push it out the completely from both sides and seat it back, twice...
Removing the cv axle but won’t completely alleviate these issues, you still have to be very careful removing the strut. Trust me, I know lol, I was able to reseat mine with some help. As far as torque specs I had to use about 5 different installation instructions from Fox, fab tech, etc.
