My brother picked up a brand new 2022 Tacoma with the 3.5 L and automatic. I conducted the same test and it would only get up to 68 MPH, so I am still glad I went with my Ranger.
I'm sure this was covered, but the 351 Windsor and 351 Cleveland where small blocks.
The 351 M along with the 400 were basically the same block as the Cleveland, but with a taller deck height and used the bell housing mount for a big block.
Took the wifey's truck over the mountain, 8500 feet, and back today. This truck is an absolute joy to drive. It did great in the snow, and it feels erotic when passing other vehicles.
So my local stealership cannot find the HVAC issue I am having with my 2019 Ranger.
So I am asking if anyone has any recomendations for a dealership in Arizona to look at my truck?
It's not fun driving in sub freezing temperatures without a heater.
So the stealership called and said they could find nothing wrong, and that ambient air temperature coming out of the vent is normal.
So when it's 40° F outside and you want 74° F inside it's normal to NOT have heat come out of the air vents.
Time to find another place to see if they can fix...
Well, apparently someone jumped the gun. My Ranger is still at the stealership and they have no clue what is wrong with it.
I told my wife they get one more week and then we need to find another service center. I am not happy with this outfit.
