All good. Ok Ill be serious and these are the mods I have done in order of value and use for me. They are all +/- close to a $1000 bux: 1.) Eiback Pro Truck 2.0. transforms the trucks ride plus adjustable to 3+ inches of lift. 2.) Diode dymnanic pro amber fog lights. These things are amazing...

My 2019 fx4 Lariat with just about every option was 38k out the door with a MSRP of 48k. I dont think there will be deals like that on Rangers, f150s maybe. Then theres financing....

Going on 5 years with my Rhino liner spray in, bed rug and hard trifold conagra cover. Will never own a truck without it.

Congrats! I hope to cross that threshold in a few years with no dramas. You have the same average mpg as I do with 50lb 32" AT and a 3" lift.

The only issue I have had with my 2019 lariat is I wished I had done all my mods sooner???

My parents lived in Hendersonville for 25 years. Also my Grandmother lived in Chapel Hill. Anywhere between those 2 cities will work. Still plan on working a few more years albiet a less stressful position.

Damn I lived on Wagon Wheel second house on right from Battersee. I know live on Ramsgate Terrace. Too bad you do not still own them. Even the older smaller less renovated homes are selling north of 650k, and they sell quickly. The housing market here is insane.
