Well guys, me personally, I like the way it looked before. It gave it contrast and broke up all the black. Not that it looks bad now because it doesn't, but I wouldn't have minded that at all. But hey it's your truck, so if you like it, it's all good.
Unless there is warranty work, the only time the dealership sees my '16 GT or this '21 Ranger will be if they look out the window and see me driving past them.
Thanks. I wanted 35% tint, but when I went to get the truck, they told me it was 30% tint. They apparently didn't have 35% so they went a shade darker. You can't see it in the pic, but I have a strip of 5% tint going across the top of the windshield that goes just under the mirror mount in the...
Got my windows tinted and recently installed my Husky mud flaps. (Not real impressed with how they are mounted, so I used some self tappers to make them much more secure). CB package came from Right Channel Radios. Tuned it up, and works well. They shipped it awfully fast. Very happy with them.
I understand what you mean, they don't look much different than stock, but they are just slightly. I'm not putting a lift on the truck, so this is about as far as I can go I believe without rubbing when I go around turns.
Uncomfortable? Holy sh*t, after driving some older Mack and other large trucks and equipment some years back that the suspension felt like you were riding a sawhorse and a seating position that felt like you were sitting on a framing square, I've never complained about any seat, ever. Compared...
Hey guys, I ordered some seat covers from a company called Cover King. So far they are holding up pretty well, although they are not on very long. They have other colors and styles of course.
Hi @Cape Cruiser, I'm not on the forum long enough to know who you are, but from what the guys have been posting about you, you must be someone who is liked and respected. (For somebody to start a "get well" thread is saying something about your character). Whatever issue you are dealing with it...
Thought I'd submit this because I'm off today due to rain. I just got my Coopers installed yesterday and sold the original Bridgestones 15 minutes later. Next week, . . . windows get tinted and cb radio package coming from Right Channel Radios.
Yeah, it sounds awfully counter-productive if it's drawing cooler air from the front intake tube, and sucking in hot air through the top under the hood. It's not really a CAI, it's kind of an LWI (Luke Warm Intake). But hey, you probably get stickers with it.
Yep, that's about what I did. I removed the top bolts and pulled the top of the seat toward me (I think there was a plastic clip holding it about 3/4 of the way up the backrest) and wiggled it back and forth with an upward motion. I used some abrasive language and in my mind it helped.
Agreed. I don't need to have people sitting in the rear seat area as we have other vehicles for that as well. That area is more useful for me as storage. What sound level that may have gone up is negligible compared to my '16 GT with a DIY rear seat delete as well. Heck, I should remove the...
Finished my seat delete project this morning (with the wife stitching around the edges and openings for the seat belt buckles). I wanted the seat loops and seat belts exposed for securing items. Quadruple layers of felt fabric are layered under most of it for help with sound reduction. After...
If I can get 25mpg I'd be happier than a pig in the mud, but 27mpg, woah, that's pretty impressive! I only have 35 miles on mine so far, so I have some driving to do.
