I'd much rather do a solid front axle swap. I think the 2.3T is plenty of power. For the money it would take to do a Coyote swap, building the current engine with pistons, rods, bigger turbo, etc. seems like a better route.

They will not void the warranty. The dealership will have to prove that the mod caused whatever issue your truck is having. It would be hard to prove that a simple pipe caused any issues with the motor.

I have them installed with my TurboSmart BOV with no clearance issues. Install was fine except for the clamp fitment on the cold side pipe. I just reused the stock clamps.

The main thing I can think of is making sure you didn't forget to install the o-ring at the base or that the o-ring didn't fall out of its groove when installed. I'm running 265/70R17 KO2s and MPG didn't change much at all. Currently getting 22.5 mostly hwy driving. I could get better is the truck wasn't so much fun with the BOV and boost gauge.

Yeah, I just use both. There is no issue with switching between the two on the fly. Drive mostly in normal and if I want to pass someone on the hwy or just screw around, I shift into party mode.

It's not Turbo lag. Chances are it is the drive-by-wire and the trans taking it's time to downshift. While Stock and not in Sport mode, it will prioritize economy over performance.
