Not going to work. You would, at minimum, need a small spacer (like 1/4") to gain clearance from the tire to spindle/knuckle and there is a possibility that the tire will rub the crash bars/covers at full lock. Some don't, some do. Plenty of people do 3" level with the 1/4 inch spacer and 285s...
