im open to similar ideas too- i want a hard folding low profile cover with tracks on the bed rails. thats the endgame.

i was emailing the owner of suma performance, as they do wide angle replacement glass for a lot of toyotas. i had their mirrors on my tacoma and they were great.
he doesn’t have anything for rangers yet, but he said if he sees enough interest he will produce them.

anyones lower seat foam (drivers side) failed? i was looking under my seat yesterday and noticed it had chaffed and ripped along the bolster. kinda weird at 8700 miles for a 175lb guy.

got my coilovers in. 1 hr on drivers side, 30min on the other. (no including adjusting them down)
I have them set at 1.5” of lift, leaving 1” of rake for towing and hauling.
something i noticed though- the driverside required quite a bit more preload, like .5” more, than passenger. i know...
i installed rear eibachs (doing fronts tomorrow)
and eibach says these increase travel some. side by side they dont look any longer, maybe a 1/4”?
my dumbass didnt take measurements of stock fx and eibachs before install.
anyone know the numbers?
side note- rear is way more controlled now...

has anyone ever used the 245/75/17 size yet? i like that they are same overall size as a 265/70/17, but skinnier.
falken has a wildpeak in that size that is P rated too! light!
