I did send off a message to Truxedo and to their credit they contacted me with a nice letter and a heads up on a seal for the Truxport. Seems engineering has been looking at a better way and are sending the seal out to me. Nice to see a company that takes the feedback from customers seriously
Makes sense to let any vehicle idle for 30 seconds or so to get the oil up and around the rotating mass. Been doing this all my life so it isn't a thing.
First nit picky thing I have found on the Ranger is the fact that on the driver side of the bulkhead there is a slotted hole and on the passenger side it is a round hole. Can't for the life of me figure out why Ford would do that. I ended up with a 5/16 T nut on the passenger side turned smooth...

I don't give a shit what they are wearing. I worked in a factory all my career and never wore a uniform. Working in a car factory is hot noisy work try to be comfortable within the safety concerns.
I can't get past those stupid looking squarish wheel wells on the Colorado and Canyon. They changed the full size trucks but then they are built in Mexico so I can't get past that since they could have retooled Lordstown or several others to produce them.
