The Pro Comp kit comes with high clearance crash bars that clear my 285s no problem, even with the 1.5" wheel spacers. The spacers are primarily aesthetic, I think you only need like a 1/4" spacer up front to safely clear 285s, and some clear by a very slim margin without spacers.

The blades I got had a ton of different adapter clips to suit almost all vehicle types. 26" and 16" are the correct sizes.

Possible dumb question, but have you checked the settings in the gauge menus? It may have been turned off during the re-program, you may just have to turn it back on.
