Is there a reason you want a new radiator? I thought it was more of a nice replacement item if anything were to happen to the OEM.

I can't speak for the anything but the Turbosmart. It has O-rings for a seal.

I have the TurboSmart one. I'm pretty sure they said they were testing the aftermarket BOVs with their pipes as well.

Do you plan on making an installation video? Do you forsee any issues like leaks or tubes popping out under boost with the worm gear clamps?

I was waiting to buy the intercooler and piping as a kit. Will there be an equivalent deal on the package as a whole? Or should I buy the pipes now and the intercooler alone when it goes on presale? Also, do you plan on making an installation video for the pipes and or intercooler?

I noticed a strong smell with the Mishimoto can. I replaced it with the dual valve UPR and haven't noticed a smell again. If there is a smell its much more faint than the Mishimoto and I do not notice it. What is noticeable is what the can catches!

The factory separator does a pretty good job. Like any separator it is not 100% effective but I believe this is the reason we mostly catch condensation and raw fuel in our aftermarket systems.

I get anywhere from 9-11 mpg towing my 4,000 lb boat at 70 mph. Head winds will put it down to 9 mpg. I get 20mpg unloaded at 75 mph.
