Changing my answer as my 2019 just failed the TSB test. Should find out tomorrow what Ford will do but since I have the ESP it should just cost the $100 deductible.

As quirky as the 10R80 is I got used to its characteristics but knew it would fail so stretched it to the 3rd period for us hockey fans.

So my ESP warranty expires in July and even though my transmission has had very few neutral out/neutral flare shifts it does downshift harshly when coming to a stop. Last week I called the dealer where I purchased it to get an appointment and they said the transmission shop was busy until May...
