Well, after going through it all. The cable from the usb hub to the apim was the problem child. It's half the price off the hub. I would try that first. I tried the hub first with no joy, so tried cable next and that was the fix. Good luck!
Not on the 2.5 setting. That's why I'm going to a 3.5 lift to set the 5100s back down and soften the ride.
They rode great at 1.2, but when I bumped them to 2.5 they got stiff and stayed that way for 10k miles.
Well it was aimed at me, and I found it very offensive! I never tried to ditz you for buying the raptor. But when another member ditzed me, I retaliated. And would again. But since I'll never see that member or his comments again. It's all going to be okay!
I hope you thoroughly enjoy your new...
How about a link for those who might need them.
I personally won't as I purchased the roush r wheels that have the correct center diameter. But am sure many others will.
Sorry Todd but I can't agree with you. It's not a truck if it can't tow. And the only thing it can do better offroad is take jumps and woops which 99% of the people on here aren't interested in doing. I really like them. But if your going to discard me for liking a more capable truck, then I'm...
IM sorry but I've driven 2 ranger raptors and 1 full size. They are nice but I couldn't bring myself to purchase either. Guess the force wasn't strong enough or maybe I just couldn't justify $30-60k difference for a truck that's not that much more capable than mine. And can't tow as much. The...
I sent a dm to one of our sponsors real truck and told them what I was wanting.
They made me an awesome deal. I highly recommend contacting Amber@realtruck for any accessories you need. I now have a 3.5 I'm lift on the way.
I drove another ranger raptor yesterday. Nice truck but just can't justify the purchase. And honestly I would prefer the larger raptor. But since I'm not going to spend $30-60k for a raptor I am going to get a 3.5" lift for my current ranger. That thread is on the way.
Nice, congrats been a triumph fan for a while, my last was a 95 trophy 1200 still miss that bike there was just something about it. Still have my 17 FZ10 in the garage along with my 05 vtx 1300 bagger. Just can't part with them. But I spend way more time driving the vette vert instead of riding...
I can't agree with you on that. If the tune prolongs failure then it gives you the time to save for an aftermarket rebuild thats built to a higher standard. If your plans are to keep the truck then this would be optimal. It also allows you a better option as it most likely won't fail again as...
Yes they are. The 5100's were put on my truck with the OE springs with like 500 miles on it. The FX4 shocks were unbearable. Had to change then immediately and that is what the forum recommended.
