Finally got a reply from them. They do not make them for the SuperCab. There are no plans to manufacture them and the back of the cabs are different. This is from Dawn Enterprises

Got my Leveling spacers today. It looks pretty straight forward for my 2WD. Any issues that I might need to look for? All the write ups and videos are understandably for the 4WD's. Any hints will be appreciated. Thanks

I think I want to get one. I have seen some websites that states that the one they have is Super Crew only. Other sites have them that fit either cab. I have a SuperCab and I want to find a part number. Are the back of the cabs different? Anyone with a SuperCab bought one yet?
