I've had 2 Ranger SuperCabs, a 2000 and a 2010. Then an F150 SuperCab, the room in all 3 was Ok, but the only thing I hated about them was the actual doors. Now, I love my 2021 SuperCrew, the doors open the right way and still plenty of room if I have passengers.
I put this one on my Ranger, it looks great and the critters cant chew through it. More worth the price than the foam one from Ford:

Crutchfield usually sells the adaptors needed, I did this with my F150, the adaptor if I recall was pretty much plug and play. They usually do some kind of deal when buying everything all at once and provide detailed installation instructions.
I was looking at this a couple days ago. Their install video looks pretty thorough, though you do have to cut off a large section of the OEM bumper for the install. That part is currently hidden behind the factory trim and will be covered by the new lower bumper.
