I have the one from RedTec, it is for the most part plug and play, but has an integration with the door locks that will allow you to use the key fob to open or close the windows based on keypresses.

The OEM Grille does not require you to apply the letters, it is made as a one piece model with all of the OEM clips in place. Just pull your old grill off and snap the new one on. I did mine the same time I swapped out my OEM headlights for the Alpha Rex lights I have now.

It actually mounts above the left headlight, there are 2 pre-tapped holes in the metal frame where I have seen the aux box mounted in the tremors at my dealership.
