If the tape doesn't work, try some magnets on the lights. They will then stick in the bed. I mounted a light this way and it works great and I can move it if I choose.

For the box. Ended up with driver side due to ease of accessing it (for me at least). Had to do some tapping and o get through the spray in liner but all installed. Took no time. Now to fill it up.
