Looks like the spare tire has to be lowered to install the Drawtite/Hidden Hitch. The Curt hitch just clears the spare when installing.

Just installed it today. As you noted above and in the instructions it says use a 24mm socket. I had to use a 21mm socket, 24mm was too big. Did they use smaller bolts on my truck? I would think on the assembly line every truck would have to have the same size bolts. :question:

Just got mine yesterday from autoaccessoriesgarage.com. Was $103 but went up to $112 and free shipping. Easy install, just took me 20 minutes today.

My delivery date and purchase date are the same, 4/11. My reward points came exactly one week later.

My Ford Pass App updated this morning and a picture of my truck finally showed up. Then there was a message that I earned 42,000 reward points for free maintenance.

Go get it! I had to call my dealer to tell him it was on its way. Then when I got there after work he still had no idea it was on his lot. I had to tell him it was delivered. Then we drove around the lot and found it.

How can you tell that it doesn't have the 19052 update? And how did you go about updating the Sync 3?

It's not. I have the XLT Sport package with 302A. Factory Nav is part of the technology package along with adaptive cruise control.

Not sure the dealer can control the pickup of your truck from the rail yard. Mine sat at the rail yard for 8 days and the dealer said there was nothing they could do. They had no control over United Road's schedule for pickup. In fact, they have a customer who's truck has been waiting for pickup...

I ordered one month after you and it arrived at my dealer one day before yours. Our production and shipping dates are the same except my truck sat at the rail yard for over a week before being transported to my dealer. The Ford tracker was pretty accurate, estimating delivery between 4/8 and 4/14.
