Is that your VIN? Dealers list the last eight digits of the VIN as the stock # until the vehicle arrives. Once at the dealership it is assigned a stock number.

Those customer service reps need to get a clue. Towing capacities are in writing in the owners manual. :headbang:

That's what Honda does. When I bought my 2004 Honda Pilot, they said they're all factory built the same, just different colors. If you want any options, those can be installed by the dealer. More efficient assembly line that way, I guess.
