That double horn blow when I get out of the running gtruck is too loud of a warning. It makes me jump and I'm sure the neighbors love to hear it too. I keep the keys in my pocket and forget; makes me jump each time.

Let me know what you find out please. I had mine ceramic coated as well; not sure if anything will stick on it, but don't want to remvove it. I wanted to get the coated done right away before long trips and bug guts. Had the ceramic added after the paint protective film.

In theory, could you not just spray with plasti-dip to cover for protection and peel off when it gets worn? I've never used it before, but was told that if you spray it on thick enough, it peels off. Not sure if it's expensive or whether it comes in clear. I'd like to hear what options are...
