Maybe not a 5 lug swap but easy enough to get adapters for a different 6 lug pattern.

Might find more options on the patterns for six lug Tacoma, Colorado, Frontier or Dakota wheels. The Dodge Viper ran a 6x4.5 for many years so there are...
My only experience with them is the $699 the dealer tries to fleece from you for the security dots that glow with a UV flashlight so the thieves can easily find them and just scrape them back off if your cart is parted out.
Huge benefit.
Try towing a 4000lb box trailer on E85 in the Carolina mountains with a 20 gallon tank. The gas gauge moved faster than the tach. I think I got about 3 mpg.
Glad it was only $0.89 a gallon.
I'm actually holding off on getting a Ranger a little longer until I see if anything like this developes. I just don't like the jacked up feel, high load height and sloppy handling.
I do have some local shops that could come up with something but couldn't leave the truck with anyone for a week...
I really suggest a weight distributing hitch. I know it isn't required but I can't emphasize enough about how much they can improve the towing experience. It isn't just the sag but the ability of it to help put weight back on the steering end of things. They help reduce that bottoming feel when...
Yes. I can't fathom how 100 companies seem desperate to put out some sort of lift or level kit but not a single one will come up with something for truck owners that only care if we have enough approach angle clearance to get in the driveway.
I don't want a slammed truck but getting the ass end...
I've actually done the same. But I still won't get a 4WD. The once every 10 to 15 years I might need it doesn't justify buying it. I don't go offroad and never care to
For that situation a 4WD would have cost me $2000 more than the beer I gave my brother to pull me out.
Looks like your truck picked up the Chevy lean. Parked near any Chevy or GMC trucks recently? I've heard it is contagious. The only fix is to see your dealer and avoid contact with GM branded vehicles until a cure is found.
Well you could look up the parts and see that things like radiator, cooling fan, alternator, battery or other under hood bits dont have different part numbers for tow equipped vehicles.
I would agree if they had to take caster out but adding a few degrees would actually help a little. They should be able to crank out the rearward adjustment bolt on the LCA to add two or three degrees of caster and it should bring your camber back in check.
I'm running a littlelover 7 degrees...
See if you have any adjustment left for caster. Depending on the geometry, adding a few degrees of caster may also bring your camber back in check. It can add some weight to the steering and also.
They are usually pitched this way but they really don't compare. Car insurance is required and protects you from potentially catastrophic accident costs. Such as totaling out someone else's Tesla X plus their medical costs.
Same for health insurance. I don't think anyone here is prepared for a...
Same for me. I have to maintain 143 rental houses so losing the work truck at the wrong time is brutal.
Speaking of time.... You need to figure the time dealing with just going back and forth to the dealer and waiting to get your vehicle back. Most issues I've ever encountered I could repair...
